The MiG Kill Keynote is a customizable, patriotic 60-minute keynote presentation delivered by CAPT Nick “Mongo” Mongillo, USN (Ret) - former TOPGUN instructor, combat aviator, defense industry executive, and leadership speaker.
This non-political presentation draws upon 28 years of naval aviation and 12 years of defense industry executive leadership with Lockheed Martin, L3Harris, and RTX to demonstrate how high-performing individuals and teams build a true Culture of Excellence through three core pillars: Elite Execution, Accountability, Leadership Elevating Others.
